D&A Roudhloff

This D&A (Dominique and Arnauld) Roudhloff guitar was built around 1845. Dominique and Arnauld were the sons of Francois Roudhloff, who was a very famous luthier from Mirecourt. His sons went from Mirecourt to London where they worked as guitar makers and as guitar dealers.

The top of this guitar is in remarkable condition.

Back and sides are made of impressive looking rosewood that only shows some little perfectly repaired cracks that are hard to see.

The high quality tuning machines are original and decorated with floral motifs.
